When you arrive in Puno, our staff will be waiting to take you to our hotel, where you will have at your disposal all the necessary information to enjoy tours of the islands and wonders that you will find in the majestic Lake Titicaca, such as the Uros, Amantaní and Taquile ( declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), wonderful and mysterious places such as Sillustani, Chucuito, and many more!

Me encantó mi estadía! El personal fue súper amable y cariñoso desde el primer momento. Me dieron una habitación muy bonita, cómoda, con mucha luz y una vista increíble al lago Titicaca. Ver el sunrise desde la habitación fue simplemente espectacular. Todo muy limpio, el baño enorme, cama cómoda y un desayuno muy rico, además de mate de coca. Excelente ubicación y un personal maravilloso. ¡Me sentí como en casa y definitivamente volvería! 🇵🇪

The room had large, poorly sealed glass windows in both the bedroom and bathroom which made it very cold and quite unpleasant to be in (especially when using the bathroom). They do provide enough blankets that sleeping was fine at least. They also had some slightly odd practices like requiring you to leave your keys on the front desk each day so your room can be cleaned. Overall, unless your priority is a private room on a tight budget, I would probably look elsewhere.
