Our goal is to offer you, in our different locations, all possible comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on offering the utmost in comfort, hospitality and first-class service, all at exceptionally affordable prices.

When you arrive in Puno, our staff will be waiting to take you to our hotel, where you will have at your disposal all the necessary information to enjoy tours of the islands and wonders that you will find in the majestic Lake Titicaca, such as the Uros, Amantaní and Taquile ( declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), wonderful and mysterious places such as Sillustani, Chucuito, and many more!

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The room had large, poorly sealed glass windows in both the bedroom and bathroom which made it very cold and quite unpleasant to be in (especially when using the bathroom). They do provide enough blankets that sleeping was fine at least. They also had some slightly odd practices like requiring you to leave your keys on the front desk each day so your room can be cleaned. Overall, unless your priority is a private room on a tight budget, I would probably look elsewhere.

Very lovely and friendly staff. Nice and clean. Lots of blankets provided so was warm overnight. Decent free breakfast with fresh bread, home made juice and eggs and jam. More of an hotel vibe that hostel, was nice and quiet. Only downside is that water in shower was only lukewarm, not properly hot. But for one night was great value and would stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious. Really good value for your money. The people that work here are very nice and will help you with anything!! Absolutely recommend it if you are staying in Puno!
