We had a private two bed room. Water started dripping from the ceiling at 10pm. The guy from the reception didn’t look surprised. He just went upstairs and came back a few minutes later saying the persons in the room above took a big shower and that dripping should have stoped soon. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, with hair in the sing, etc. But overall the rest of the room was ok. We had a functioning fridge but nothing to cook The walk to the Parliament / center is not too long and felt safe
