Kingdom Hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Quarter - close to everything but not on a super busy street. Spring, the manager, was so helpful to us during our stay, offering local advice and help booking everything to meet our needs. We stayed there at both the beginning and end of our Vietnam trip and both times the rooms were clean and the property felt very safe.

The kingdom is great 3star hotel at a really good price and right on the doorstep of the old quarter,finding it in the evening was confusing as hostelword shows its location as a on the block to the east which is a building site .this needs to be fixed by hostel world. The lady in charge at the hotel is Spring, she is a wonderful host, speaks great English and has been in the hotel industry for years. The staff are all attentive, happy and professional. For time out of the hostel look no further

This hotel is a great base in the old quarter for exploring Hanoi. The owner was very helpful and friendly upon arrival, and the other members of staff were very accommodating. It was a good place to get out of the heat as the air con was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, which was welcome after a long flight! Would definitely recommend. Thank you :)
