The hostel made our trip much easier by helping arrange airport transportation at a reasonable price. The process was simple, reliable, and saved us a lot of stress after a long flight. The team was very helpful with our travel arrangements and made sure everything was organized properly. It was a great start and ending to our Hanoi journey.

Ik heb hier een zeer comfortabel verblijf gehad en was erg tevreden over de algehele service. De kamers waren schoon, rustig en perfect om heerlijk uit te rusten na een lange dag waarin we Hanoi hadden verkend. Het personeel was altijd attent, gastvrij en behulpzaam, waardoor ik me tijdens mijn hele verblijf goed verzorgd voelde. De ligging is bovendien erg handig om het stadscentrum te ontdekken. Ik zou hier tijdens mijn volgende reis naar Vietnam zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven.

I found the room to be a perfect balance of comfort and practicality. It had a modern appearance, comfortable furnishings, and all the facilities I needed for my stay. The hot water worked perfectly every day, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long hours of sightseeing. While the building has a bit of character and shows its age in certain areas, it is well cared for and still provides a very enjoyable place to stay.
