Personalet er generelt hjelpsomt og imøtekommende. Renhold kan imidlertid være et problem, med noen gjester som rapporterer flekker, lukt og hygieneproblemer i dusjene. Eiendommen mangler sosiale områder og er ikke ideell for de som søker en sosial atmosfære.

For the price of the pod I would expect something much cleaner. There were stains on my sheets and a weird odour in the stairwell. Also, I would not feel comfortable taking a shower in those showers because of the lack of cleanliness. For one night it's feasible, but I've stayed in many hostels in Asia that were significantly cleaner than this. As a solo female traveler I would not stay again.

Location is nice, room was very quiet. Secure and nice dark capsule to sleep in. Damp and mould inside locker. Not much common area space or other amenities.
