When I checked-in, I was told that there is “unexpected” renovation and I can stay only one night instead of three nights I booked. Super loud noise to take a part of bed, cleaning the room, and the hostel’s receptionist was very rude, and not even helpful when I asked to give me full refund. Highly NOT recommending.

Pros: location, capsule beds are VERY cool. Cons: staff are super hard to communicate with, I helped 2 different people get a hold of them because they simply don’t reply and there’s no one physically there to help you. There is only one bathroom but somehow despite the room being fully booked I never waited to use it??? But I could see it being an issue. Very little social area, but kitchen has amenities. Overall I would stay again for the price.
