Capsule in Montreal biedt een unieke, sci-fi-achtige slaapervaring met privé-capsules die stil en donker zijn, ideaal voor een goede nachtrust. De locatie is uitstekend, dicht bij het stadscentrum. Het personeel is over het algemeen behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Echter, de netheid kan een probleem zijn, met enkele gasten die vlekken, geuren en hygiëneproblemen in de douches melden. Het pand mist sociale ruimtes en is niet ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een sociale sfeer.

Overall, my stay was comfortable and the 24/7 reception made late check-in easy. However, I hate this new trend of forced digital onboarding. The Capsule now uses CloudBeds, requiring guests to upload a selfie and government ID to a portal. Guests have zero control over where their sensitive data goes. I wouldn't mind checking in person at the desk which is how all my previous hostel stays have been. Good hostel, but this invasive and unnecessary data policy is a major downside.

Overall not horrible! Definitely for a one night stay where you don’t need to shower it’s fine. The bed itself was good! The bathrooms were horrendous and filled with mold.

That’s why hostels are my secondary destination. Caspule is the best choice in Montreal because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. The facility was always clean, the beds were comfortable and relaxing. The lounge provided a washing and drying machine, and mirez I LOVE THIS PLACE!
