Positively surprised by the cleanliness and the helpful staff. Great location. The 6 person dorm had a bathroom and shower, which were separated from each other. Too bad the hallways and common areas were very loud and sucked at times.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and well maintained, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The location was great, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The only downside was that the locker space was a bit small. Overall, everything was comfortable and well organized, and I would definitely recommend this hostel!

Overbearingly corporate and stale atmosphere. The staff are "friendly" in the sense that they smile at you, but they don't actually care or give service reflective of a friendly establishment. 20 euro deposit for a simple fan! Extra payment to just to hold your bags for a few hours. Furthermore the private room i stayed in smelled like burnt plastic and after telling and showing them this the solution was to just open the window, not relocate me to a proper room. The smell did not go away. Bad.
