Bardzo miła obsługa. szybko i sprawnie wszystko można załatwić i co więcej personel zna języki. To jedyny hostel w który,m personel zna nie tylko język Angielki i niemiecki ale także polski co było ogromnym zaskoczeniem

Overbearingly corporate and stale atmosphere. The staff are "friendly" in the sense that they smile at you, but they don't actually care or give service reflective of a friendly establishment. 20 euro deposit for a simple fan! Extra payment to just to hold your bags for a few hours. Furthermore the private room i stayed in smelled like burnt plastic and after telling and showing them this the solution was to just open the window, not relocate me to a proper room. The smell did not go away. Bad.
