consuming alcohol is forbidden in hostel however our roommate was drunk and possibly she was using drugs too she was acting insane we asked for stuff help and they did nothing. We stay at reception at night because of fear.

It is good place to stay. It looks like hotel Only problem was my room near to street. I hear people voice until morning. If you dont care about sound , You can stay there.

Overbearingly corporate and stale atmosphere. The staff are "friendly" in the sense that they smile at you, but they don't actually care or give service reflective of a friendly establishment. 20 euro deposit for a simple fan! Extra payment to just to hold your bags for a few hours. Furthermore the private room i stayed in smelled like burnt plastic and after telling and showing them this the solution was to just open the window, not relocate me to a proper room. The smell did not go away. Bad.
