This is a great place to stay! We stayed in a private room with a bunk-bed. A bit primitive, but clean and nice beds. The toilets and showers outside our room were cleaned every day. When the heater on our room didn't work, the staff came up with a radiator oven and two extra duvets - spontaneously. Really nice:)

Kitchen basically unusable, food had to go to waste as couldn’t cook it. Broken fridge, broken microwave, limited cutlery, no basics (tea/coffee/sugar/salt), dirty dishes sitting there. Bathrooms felt like prison showers. Fair location, room itself fine and staff were very nice to move me to my own room due to noise from other roommates. Right out front of bus tours company.
