I found the wardrobe too small, there were only two plug sockets per room and they were far from the bed, I only have 2 private bathrooms per floor, the place is good but it could be improved.

The bed is dirty, the cover looks like it has never been washed in its life and I can tell that someone has used my sheets before. I almost didn't sleep because I was so disgusted, and I only stayed there to sleep. Other than that, no bath towel, very bad pillow. I don't know if you're used to reasonably comfortable things.

Good points: Staff provides towels and shampoo. Good space to work remotely. Close to city centre, 10 mins by walking. Nice breakfast place in next door. Alan Tours in the opposite side of the street, for Giant's Gateway tour. Bad points: The beds are not comfortable. The entry cards are often not working. Wifi is not very good.
