Label personal items in the refrigerator, clean up after using communal appliances, and maintain a clean kitchen.

Labeling Items
When labeling items, include the date of your departure. Otherwise, items may be disposed of.

Kitchen Equipment
Do not take kitchen equipment to the rooms.

Eating in Rooms
Eating in the room is not allowed.

Laundry Policy
Laundry is not allowed on the property. We provide a laundry service.

Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:30 pm to 7 am. Please respect these sleeping hours.

Party Policy
We are not a party hostel. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Alcohol Policy
Drunk behavior is not allowed and will lead to immediate eviction.

Guests
Unregistered guests are not allowed. Do not bring strangers to the house.

Couples Policy
Couples cannot share a bed. Each person has their own designated bed.

Toilet Paper Disposal
Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. This is to protect our septic system.

Check out is at 11am
There will be a 15 minute tolerance. If you exceed the tolerance period a penalty of $15usd will be charged
