The People Hostel, the most Parisian hostel !

We offer a rooftop terrace with fantastic view on Paris iconic monuments, fast free WiFi, check-out until 11:00 am, comfy bunk beds (with curtains, reading light, power plugs, private lockers). We have the coolest bar in the area where we organise Jazz and electro parties with a carefully curated selection of local beer, coffee and french specialties.

The People Hostel is located in the arty district of Belleville which features a bunch of bars and coffee shops full of young and cool people, and close to all must-see in Paris (50m from Belleville metro hub).

The property is less than 10mn from Paris historical center: Le Marais, Châtelet, République, Notre-Dame, Saint Germain des Prés and has a Direct access to all historical places (Champs Elysées, Moulin Rouge, Père Lachaise)

Payment upon arrival by card only for the accomodation price and cash accepted for small expenses (We pre-authorise your card before arrival to secure the booking).
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2,60€ EUR per person per night.

Cancellation policy for Flexible rates: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The Guest will have to pay the amount of the first night if he cancels within 3 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show, the client will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

Breakfast not included: Basic Breakfast 5.00 EUR per person per day, Badass Breakfast : 10.00 EUR per person per day.

No curfew.
Reception available 24/7
Age restriction: Minors are accepted only if they book private rooms/entire dormitories - they stay with an adult - they have an authorisation from their parents/legal guardian.

The People - Paris Belleville предлагает отличное пребывание с дружелюбным персоналом и удобными кроватями с шторками для уединения. Расположение удобно для общественного транспорта, хотя некоторые считают его немного далеким от центра города. Недавние отзывы упоминают, что в номерах может быть жарко, а в некоторых ванных комнатах присутствует стойкий запах.

Visually good , but for example, after the check out I was not even allowed to have breakfast on the roof terrace, saying no money- but honey, like get out if you're not going to stay here today, I'm just a tired traveler from Ukraine who just wanted to have breakfast on the road. 2 people from the staff came, stood over my desk and didn't let me eat, repeating: check out, check out, I asked to give me 5 minutes to finish, but they began to behave aggressively. first time staying at a hostel and i honestly had a good experience in my 6 female dorm, because everyone was very respectful and quiet. i will say i stayed for 4 days and didnt meet not one person- it definitely is NOOOT a social hostel, everyone i hung with i met on hostelworld. i really like the curtains for privacy and plugs. The ac def doesnt work lol but sometimes itll be chilly sometimes it got very hot. I dont have much to say about the staff, a few were very kind, but there was one bartender guy at night who didnt seem happy everytime i asked for something, so not very approachable i would say. Bathrooms were spacious, but some girls can be a little gross but overall good, lots of space in the room lockers!! which was such a plus. i would definitely book again just because it was comfy and peaceful which ending up working out for me especially being a first timer and being nervous about being a room with strangers lol, i def recommended all girls dorm tho if ur a solo traveler! Metro is also veryyyy close!

Comfortable beds, generally pretty clean. Not a very social hostel, but I had success chatting with people in my dorm. My room had a small balcony which was amazing for hang drying my clothes. Bathroom floor was perpetually went from the showers. The AC in my room was incredibly weak, but it was cool enough at night that opening the window sufficed. The neighborhood outside is extremely lively. There is a small park right outside with benches and trees, and lots of cafes, and restaurants.
