Run by Aussies and centrally located in the heart of the centre. The newly renovated Booze & Snooze is located in the famous Diocletian Palace. Where we stand out as the must stay hostel in town is that we offer FREE daily and nightly experiences and unique social events. From the moment you check in, you will realise we are more than a bed for a couple of nights throughout your European adventure. Booze and Snooze is part of the Split hostel group which includes our sister hostel, Fiesta Siesta, and Charlie’s Bar Split, The number 1 bar in town as stated on TripAdvisor! Every night we partner up together so you will be sure to see why we bring the good vibes!

The Hostel
Booze and Snooze is an award-winning hostel, founded in 2006 by Aussies who were inspired by their traveling experiences in Croatia.
Newly renovated, we have six-bed, seven-bed, and split-level 11-bed dorms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning unit, and lockers. We have an outside terrace area, where you will constantly see people socialising, playing games or just having a good chat over a beer.

Please note Unfortunately WE DO NOT HAVE A KITCHEN… But don't worry we still bring the heat what we lack in facilities we make up for with evening events and the personality of our awesome promo team.🔥😉

Also, something to remember: we only accept cash for the outstanding balance owed for your stay with us.

The Location & safety
We know that location makes your experience so you can rest assured as we are located on Narodni Trg (the people's square) which is the main Pjaca in the city. As we are situated within Diocletian Palace, our hostel is within 1-minute walking distance of the most famous sites and attractions in Split, which include breathtaking cultural and architectural sites, beaches, bars, and cafes. Minutes walk from the bus, ferry, train terminals and most importantly, the Adriatic coast is at your doorstep.
We also understand safety is key so we have lockers for all your valuables. Security cameras and 24-hour security monitoring of the building.

Please note that we only accept guests between the ages of 18 - 40. We aim to create a space that is peaceful, respectful, and enjoyable for all, and age restrictions help us achieve this.

Our hostel is designed to provide a fun and sociable environment for young adults to connect with like-minded travellers from around the world. We understand that guests within this age range are seeking a certain type of experience and we want to make sure we can cater to those needs.
