Welcome to Canbe Gardiner House, your hostel in the heart of Dublin’s Georgian district. We're a short walk from top spots like O'Connell Street, Temple Bar, Croke Park and Trinity College. We're also conveniently close to Dublin Airport and public transport, making it easy to get around.

- Key-card: Must be returned upon check-out (lost or damaged key-card incurs fee)
- Free Wi-Fi and Shared luggage storage
- Towels, adaptors, padlocks and other items available for purchase at reception
- Car parking is available for an extra fee; pre-booking is required.
- The jacuzzi and BBQ facilities require pre-booking and proper swimwear.
- Seniors are welcome, but remember the hostel has bunk beds and other typical features. Contact us if you need assistance.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- "Deposit" made at reservation moment is a Hostelworld commission, not a Hostel Deposit.
- Payment for the first night is taken 24 hours before check-in. The balance is due at check-in in one payment.
- If a personal credit/debit card is presented on check-in, no fee will be charged upfront. If no personal card detail is presented, €30 Security Deposit on credit/debit card transaction is mandatory.
- Security Deposit of €30 per person for group (+4 people) is mandatory in one card transaction only.
- €50 deposit on credit/debit card + card details are mandatory for walk-ins reservations.
- Deposit is refundable, but can be kept in case of damage, misbehaviour or unsolicited late check-out. Funds could take up to 10 working days to be received back (it depends exclusively on your own bank's returning policy).
- Penalty fees will be notified via e-mail and charged accordingly. If a third party pays for the security deposit, policy will be applied and charged as usual.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Free Cancellation Rate: The amount of the first night for each guest will be charged 1 day before arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged anytime after the reservation is made and is non-refundable in case of modifications, no-shows or cancellations.
- Bear in mind that we have a free cancellation policy up to 24h before the check-in date. After that period the reservation will be normally charged (not refundable). All Taxes are included.

HOUSE RULES:
- You agree to our cancellations and modifications policy of 24h before arrival date. No refund will be provided for cancellations or modifications outside this time window.
- By Irish Regulations, guests between 8-17 years old are allowed when accompanied by an adult in a private room and can't share room with other guests. Kids under 8 years old are not allowed in any circumstances and no refund will be provided outside cancellation time window.
- Smoking inside this building result in €250 cleaning fee. Use the backyard.
- Respect kitchen cleaning times. Wash, dry and put away utensils used.
- No visitors are allowed, subject to loss of the Security Deposit.
- Management is not responsible for any theft or loss belongings. Use the safe.
- The right to refuse admissions is reserved (any anti-social, offensive, disrespectful, hostile, xenophobic or racist behaviour won't be tolerated).
- Special requests are subject to availability and might incur extra charges.
- 3% surcharge is applied when using American Express.
