Positives: Beautiful location, staff really friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options on the menu are tasty!
Wouldn't stay again personally...
Negatives:
Insufficient lighting or lights that didn't work around camp and in toilet areas
Hammocks : some were in poor condition. Lots of rubbish left in the lockers, handrail fell away on path up to hostel so found walk up with bags when floor wet quite dangerous.
Generally seemed abit run down.
Bring ear plugs as dogs bark throughout the night!

Beware of the stairs!! We were unprepared and walked up there with our backpacks, far out it was sweaty! If you’re doing a short trip maybe leave your big bags in Santa Marta. Otherwise, beautiful accommodation above the town with incredible view. Could’ve stayed here for weeks just relaxing.

the booking is 4 bedroom mixed but somehow they put 2 more beds into the room, and remain 4 lockers and backpack slots. The door lock is broken from the inside, so we are trusting the honest system there.
