Check-in starts at 2 pm.
Check-out time is 10 am.

In case of no show or late cancellation, the total amount of the full booking will be charged unless the property is informed of late arrival by the guest.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Payment types accepted at this property: cash, credit card and debit card.

Breakfast not included. (International breakfast available upon request from 7 am to 10 am).

IMPORTANT INFO: please note that the Rooftop is closed during the winter season, from October to April.

GROUPS
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

Breakfast at €9.5 per adult and from 4.25 €per child

PET
We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a € 25.00 fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg

In addition anyone over the age of 18 staying at Generator Paris will be charged a City Tax up to a maximum of 2.88 euro per person per night. This will be payable at check-in

Generator does not accept bookings from guests under the age of 16.

Accompanied minors (16–18 years):
Minors can only stay in a private room when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must stay in the same room. If the relationship is not clear, a completed parental consent form must be presented at check-in. Guests under 18 are not permitted to stay in shared dorms.
A parental consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian is required, along with a copy of the parent/legal guardian’s ID. Generator reserves the right to contact the parent or legal guardian to verify consent.
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Failure to comply with this policy will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.
