We have air conditioning in all the rooms and not bunk beds, only single beds.
Doors and windows against noise.
Small breakfast in the fridge and not fresh buffet ( not allowed by the law ).

We have rooms for all guests, with the facilities you need during your stay here in Bologna.
Clean sheets, 3 towels and 1 bottle of water Included. **New fast WIFI**.
Tap water is drinkable and good.
Fridge for food of the guests, microwave, toast machine, kettle.
Free coffee, different teas, milk, corn flakes, biscuits, bread for toats with free cheese or butter/jam, sweet snacks.
Free earplugs, hand/shower gel, shampoo.

*Important Information*
If you stay more then 1 night and you ask before, send valid document, we can plan a late check in till midnight with a small over charge of 3€.
But only with appointment face to face the day after, from 12.30 to 14.00
If yoh stay only 1 night, late check in after 19.30 ( 7.30 PM ) is not allowed.

Due to check out at h.12.00, which is very convenient compared to other properties in Bologna, there is no staff at reception before 13.00 and it is NOT allowed to leave/drop baggages before check in time.

If you arrive for check in or storage before H.13.00 you cannot get into the property. We do not offer baggage storage before check in.

Baggage storage is available after check out, for free, only if asked previously, arranged with the staff, and maximum till h.18.00 ( 6PM)
Guests who enter before H.13.00 without permit of the owner will not be hosted due to unpolite and illegal behaviour and not refunded of deposit.

Backpackers House is located in an area full of history and, culture but also ideal to meet young people, to rest or have fun in best bars, pubs, University clubs, and restaurants with excellent value for money due to the majority of students in the neighborhood.

Via dei Bibiena is a car-free silent street and 50 meters from the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, 100 meters from the headquarter of the University of Bologna Alma Mater with its museums, 200 meters from the Conservatory, 200 meters from the National Art Gallery of Bologna, 400 meters from the Two Towers and 800 meters from Piazza Maggiore. The Central Station is a pleasant 20-minute walk or connected in 10 minutes by Bus C or T2 with a stop in “Teatro Comunale” 50 meters from Guesthouse Campus and Opera. You can buy bus tickets on the bus by card.
This bus is not running on Sunday.

Backpakers House Policies and Conditions:

Standard Rate Cancellation policy: 96h before arrival.
In the event of a no show or a late cancellation, your card will be charged for the first night's accommodation total.

Standard Rate : Payment upon arrival by card or cash

Not Refundable Rate: Payment through Credit/Debit Card at any time after reservatuon.

City Tax and and Invoice tax ( Bollo for invoices over 77€ ): Payment by cash upon arrival.

In order to make a mandatory electronic invoice we need details, to be send by email or at check in, of your permanent accommodation and in details:
City, Zip Code, Name of the street ( square, avenue, drive or whatever ).
Number of the building is not mandatory for privacy reasons.

Guest must be the owner of the card and shows it at check in.
If virtual card, guest must show the message of the charge, received by card company/bank.

Not included - occupancy city tax:
4€ per person per night till 30,99
5,80€ per person per night from 40 till 70,99
6,50€ per person per night from 71 till 120,99
7€ per person per night from 121
But only the first 5 days.

Pets are not allowed
Age restriction: accepted only guests from 18 till 55 years old

Please bear in mind that if a property cannot pre authorise your card for any reason, they will email you to ask you for further details. Should they not receive a response from you within 48 Hours they would be then entitled to cancel your reservation due to insufficient card details.
If the arrival will be the day after the reservation, the response has to be given by midnight.
If the arrival is the same day the new details has to be given by one hour
