Staff were great but the air conditioning was broken for the duration of our stay so we didn’t sleep. The lights in the room weren’t working either. I contacted the management as advised but received no response

This must be the worst hotel in Paris. There was no WiFi or air conditioning, both of which were advertised. The host blamed WiFi for not being able to charge a card and demanded cash payment before checkout. When I said I couldn’t guarantee a cash payment in the next 15 minutes the receptionist called me a ‘Stupid American’ and threatened to call the police. When I returned to get bags, the desk was empty. I went to the luggage room which was unlocked and could have been easily robbed.

I was expecting more from this stay. My single room was too pricey for the quality — the shower was so small that some people would not fit inside it. As a 5’9 female, 125 lbs — I was shocked. Air conditioning was broken during a heat wave. Coffee machine was broken, one of the only amenities offered. Concierge was not very knowledgable or competent .. generally underwhelming experience. If this is your last stop before the airport and you require a car ride .. organize this a day ahead.
