When we arrived, we were told by (high as a kite) receptionist that the room we booked is unavailable due to overbooking. We were offered a room in a different, 2km distant hotel which we refused (we specifically chose this location) and were promised a refund. Instead were charged the full amount!!! My experience - stay away 😔
