As people have said, fantastic view and location, across to Canary Wharf or walk along to Greenwich or Tower Bridge . Great courtesy shuttle service. Hotel mostly clean However, very poor service. Mostly young people, like Sixth formers in their first Saturday job not great at communicating, suddenly walk off when you are trying to check- in. Have to self register at the desk with a queue behind you. If a hostel, be upfront give people facilities for that. Cynical. Unprofessional but ok stay

The room was okay, it was clean and I had a nice view from my room. For the price, it’s decent, but I would only recommend it for a short or emergency stay. The facilities are nice; however, there is no kitchen, so you can’t cook or even heat up your food. I asked a staff member if I could use the restaurant microwave to heat my food, but she replied quite dismissively and said no.
