When I arrived at the hotel, they were stripping the wallpaper in the hall and stairway. I could smell paint and the place is very dusty and with equipment all over the place which is a health and safety issue. I had to step over equipment and canvas that was laid down on the floor which I considered dangerous. When I got to my room it was far too small, dusty and spiderweb all over the ceiling. The television and safe did not work. There are holes in the bedding. The shower room is small.

When I got to the hotel, they told me I would have to switch rooms for my second night which was fine except for having to carry my large suitcase up and down multiple flights of steep stairs. When I went to get my new room for the second night, they told me they didn't have one available anymore and could put me in a room down the street. I wasn't told the name of the hotel and was walked down a few blocks in the dark in silence. This was a poor experience and felt unsafe
