Booked a family room for group of 4 tourists through website, which only asks how many travelers are in the group, with no age limits mentioned in their conditions. We arrived, & were told the family room is only for 2 adults and 2 children, & required us to upgrade to a deluxe room. Had to pay extra. Found a homeless man sleeping in stairwell... not their fault though. They promptly removed him. Otherwise super clean, quiet, & comfy in a good shopping location. Staff not very friendly
