- Any cancellation received before 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation received after 3 days (72 hours) to arrival date, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel without reason email from Guests will be treated as No-Show, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed.
