The staff were soo kind and understanding. I booked a private room on the top floor last minute after a flight, I got checked in super quickly. I wish there was an elevator as I had to carry my backpacks to the very top, and the young guy who showed my room didn’t offer to help. That’s the only negative I’d say. Room was lovely. They booked my bus to go Ninh Binh, which was so helpful. A perfect location for a short stay to see Hanoi’s city life, but way too busy for me.
