the cleanliness was disappointing. The kitchen was quite dirty, and my room wasn’t properly cleaned when I arrived. The bin was full, and there are signs saying to let reception know if extra cleaning is needed. I did exactly that, and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. The staff was nice but the rooms where very small and it was stuff everywhere so I could barely fit my bag anywhere. Also did not have guard rails or ladder to my top bed. Did not use the kitchen. I also arrived late on a Saturday so maybe that was not the best time. It was fine for one night
