The hostel is in such a great location — super convenient for getting around! It has everything you need, including a shared lounge and kitchen. The staff at the front desk were also really friendly and welcoming.

On the first day, unfortunately, my bag was stolen on the Ponte Vecchio. After I came back, I told Cho at the reception right away. Cho was so kind that she even took out her own wallet and gave me 5 euros! I was really touched. In the following days, I kept receiving Cho’s help. This became my unique experience in Florence, and it was Cho who made all of this special. After I returned, I wrote five articles to commemorate my days in Florence. Cho, I love you! I miss you!
