I feel like other reviews do not reflect the properly which led to me booking and was extremely disappointed. I will say, this has no reflection on staff they were amazing and accommodate us throughout. First and foremost, do not book this hostel. It is COVERED and I mean covered in mould and we had cockroaches up to two inches crawling over our bags (staff did report this and get someone to do preventive fumigation as they said they could not find bug). We were upgraded however for not happy.

Best thing about KIM is the location. Easy to get to everywhere you want to go by walking. The bed was comfy however there was a smell of damp in the private shared bathroom room which never went away, we told staff and they said to change the air conditioning to dry, didn’t really help. The bathroom was Nextdoor but has mould on the roof and under the sink. Neither room has a window. Pool and rooftop are fine, not that busy when we were there.

Rooftop has so much potential, rooms and staff were great especially Stefanie
