We booked the private room. This room is not worth the price. The room is not as it is depicted on the pictures. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The drain was clogged and dirty. However at first request staff fixed this. I did have to ask them again to clean it after it was unclogged. Unfortunately the common areas and vibe of the hostel do not compensate for the quality of the room and therefore booking a private room in this hostel dit not have any added value.

Had really high expectations of this place and you can tell it was the voted the best one a couple of years ago. It might need some upkeep to freshen it up a bit and stay at the level I believe it had before. Still would book this place over anywhere else cause of the amount of people it attracts and the location is perfect!
