Qubestay Airport Capsule Hotel & Hostel

Its clean and safe. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. But I didnt realize how inconvinient the location is until my 2 day. Its not anybody's fault but its just impossible to go out because of the worst traffic Ive ever seen. I use uber all the time but even that doesnt solve the problem. Except for that, the manager himself is super nice . And dont try to ask for information from the reception , they are either too busy or not fully aware of the situation at all. In all , it was alright.

Great place but definitely sirens the little extra to move to a private room. The internet upstairs goes in and out but perfect at qubestay

Utterly miserable and unsafe stay. I checked out within five hours due to filthy, unflushed toilets, dirty bedsheets, and a suffocating, unhygienic room. Rats were running above the air vents, mosquitoes kept biting, and I couldn’t sleep even two hours. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero concern. With many better hostel options in Mumbai, I strongly advise travelers to avoid this place completely.
