A new facility that is kept very clean. The hostel couldn’t be any closer to the nightlife in centro. You walk out the hostel door and the streets are busy. Most young backpackers stay over by lagoa not in centro. This could be fun for a night but know what you’re getting into. Here you’ll find more Brazilians with suitcases than English girls with backpacks. But if you do want to stay in centro — then this would be the perfect pick.

This hostel is definitely for a certain type of traveler who wants to party. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, it was clean. Great location not too far from the city centre or the bus station. That's why I chose it. My only problem was that it didn't follow its own rules. The hostel was supposed to be quiet and music turned off at midnight but one night, the bar at reception kept the music on well passed that.
