Tam Coc Riverside Homestay

The metal bed was incredibly noisy, and the staff showed a complete lack of professional ethics. Although the booking indicated that kitchen access was included, I was rudely shooed away when I tried to use the kettle; they claimed I shouldn't have entered a private area. When I showed them the booking page confirming kitchen access, they changed their story and claimed there was a fee. I eventually got a refund for the room charge paid at the front desk but lost my deposit—this is a scam.

Not enough good words for this place. The family who runs the homestay is really friendly, helped me with everything I needed, good pricing, the bed was good. Just 10/10, made my stay in Tam Coc a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience staying here. We got in late at night and they made checkin seamless be having us upload our passports beforehand, and gave us a detailed video of how to get to our room. Cheap and delicious breakfast, cheap scooter rental (electric and gas!) and they let us shower after we came back from our scooter adventure even though we had checked out earlier. Also there was no pushiness to book things with them! Great multi-generational staff, and we would definitely come again.
