AC was not acceptable. absolutely unbearable heat. have experienced better AC in the ghetto in LA. cool spot, but in this heatwave, I would definitely not stay here again. pay more for somewhere with real AC

I would seriously consider any other spot in Zurich unless you just need a spot to sleep for one night. I booked the 12 person mixed (not) and it was around 24 different cubbies for people to sleep in. No air conditioning like they have listed, 0 facilities besides a washroom. No kitchen, lounge or any area to even get off your feet and chill. I never saw anyone working besides 1 receptionist from 14:00-22:00 and they just sit on their phone at the desk. No security and there’s cameras in rooms.
