Lovely staff, very clean, very very comfortable bed. One of two places I stayed in puerto natales and this was quieter but much appreciated. I met lovely people here but was calm more adult vibe. Much cleaner bathrooms and chocolate on the pillow helps a lot to remind this place cares. Come here to rest before/after your hike. Have a great time

I had a single room for 4 nights and it was a lovely experience. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed comfortable, and hot water in both the shower and sink. The breakfast spread had good enough variety to have something a little different each day too. It was the perfect accommodation to go back to after a long day out in the elements. I even got to check in early once the room was ready! The staff were all pleasant and helpful too, and the cute little dogs were an adorable bonus! 10/10.
