Musa Paradisiaca Hostal

The was Problems, no water for shower, no water for toilet, no water for bathroom. Waiting and sitting in front of staff for breakfast 1 HR untill I get it after asking. The woman was rude, unfriendly. Same when I ask for check out and pay the bill. Very unfriendly and not like I'm the customer they have to treat you well. Not at all. Cockroach in the Dorm, no cleaning the dorm room, full bin, dirty floors. I ask if the can please clean and remove cockroach. The did after asking. Price,area good

This was by far the worst experience i have had at a hostel. They are very under booked (one non Colombian traveller i saw there) and theres a reason why. The room has a bad smell of mold/ mildew, no soap in the bathrooms, there was trash in between my bed and the wall, uninterested staff. I asked if breakfast was available as it says online and the manager looked at me annoyed and said no its not included, maybe don't advertise its included then? unfortunately i was robbed of $250 by locals that were in my room and nothing was done about it, but i was conveniently left just enough to pay for my hostel... interesting. DO not stay here.
