I booked and paid for a room with TWIN BEDS because there were two of us, however unfortunately we were given a room with a double bed. I raised the issue with the receptionist and was told to wait for the owner of the hotel because he was the only person who could help. We waited until 23:00 PM for the owner and didn’t see him. The following morning, we cancelled the rest of our booking but the owner insisted that we pay for the room even though it wasn’t what we booked. I submit a complaint.

Good food and clean. But some rooms are directly above the bar and very noisy. The staff was not always helpful and to be honest we didnt not feel 100% welcome there.
