It’s a bad customer service experience, i didn’t receive any email for get the key and it wasn’t my problem and they let me wait for hours, i expected got a rest no wait in reception and the way they speak to me wasn’t nice.

no staff nor any security, bathrooms were dirty and not a single soul in sight. i literally saw four other guests across two days. definitely not the place to meet people because i saw practically no one. the hostel is very run down. i DO NOT recommend staying here at all especially at 45 EURO PER NIGHT. ridiculous !!!

The staff was not there and when we called to leave our bags they didn't answer and then someone did and he was very rude. The beds were so uncomfortable and the bathroom set up made no sense in order to shower privately.
