The staff was not there and when we called to leave our bags they didn't answer and then someone did and he was very rude. The beds were so uncomfortable and the bathroom set up made no sense in order to shower privately.

Didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, room was very basic (what I was expecting and what I paid for). Upon arrival, one of the bunk bed had been slept in and rubbish in bins and neck rest cushion left on one of the bunks. Floor boards are very creaky, every time someone walked outside my room, floorboards creaked waking me up. Noisey as nightclub and bars next door but too hot too have my window closed (so lose/lose situation). Bathrooms were disgusting, wish I could upload pics.

It's a nice little hostel right in the center of Cardiff. Easy access, easy to contact staff and they are very helpful and flexible. Overall, would happily stay here again
