Gintribu Guest House Sibayak

I had the best time here! Tati is genuinely such an incredible host, she goes above and beyond to help you with literally anything, especially transport! She even picked me fresh oranges off her tree! The location is lovely, out of the way of the majority of hustle and bustle but super quick and easy to get into the centre! Everything you need is there, beds are lovely and comfy and the whole atmosphere is welcoming and chill - would stay again in a heartbeat

The place is very quaint and well kept and honestly our stay was really lovely. Tati was the only one at the hostel as her husband was away, she is a lovely person who will say she doesn’t know much English and then proceed to have a great conversation with you. Me and 3 of my friends stayed in basically a private dorm so it’s great for travelling in groups. It’s not necessarily close to the city centre of berestagi however it’s really easy to get a bus in and Tati will help you with everything!

I had a wonderful stay in Gintribu guesthouse. It made my stay in Berastagi!! The property is beautiful with so many fruit and vegetables growing around it. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore the area. The hosts, Tati and Mawan are exceptional people. They treated me like family and were so helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to meet them. Hopefully I’ll be back again to play Mawan in a chess rematch :)
