It is extremely cheap and you get what you pay for. Arrived to an ant infestation, we moved rooms and nest one had a hornet infestation. Staff cleaned it and from then on didn’t have a problem but it didn’t feel very clean. Mosquito nets but we got bitten so badly. The shared bathrooms seem better than private rooms. Food was nice but expensive. Hostel was very out of the way but good for volcano hike
