super budget friendly, cozy, and cute! locations prime. 15 minute walk to the fort. 10 minute walk to the clock tower. staffs friendly and the rooftop view of the fort is nice.

PROS: Bob’s a small hippy place. Good rooftop space. Dorms are perfectly secure(only 1 private curtain bed). The host gives good local recs. CONS: I arrived early in JU at 6am, on Jan 1 & the host simply refused to let me come to the property before 8:30am, which was rude. They don’t allow outside food/drinks, but overcharge for every small item & their food is only average. No community events are organised here. Host is little biased towards indian guests, mostly gives time to westerners.

I booked a private room and could hear everything from the neighboring bunk unit. For light sleepers I would not recommend. I didn’t get that warm a welcome by the guy on standby either
