Perfect for digital nomads, backpackers, and international travelers! The staff went above and beyond when I struggled for days to activate international calling on my Claro phone. One of the front desk ladies personally took me to a nearby shop, helped me buy the correct package, and got everything working. Amazing hospitality that made my Bogotá trip so much easier. Highly recommend!

This Is the most terrible hostel i stayed after 3 months in Colombia. Staff is super rude and has no service or hygiene standards. On top of that they also take advantage of foreign travelers by charging for card transaction and preserving your backpack with an hourly charge. The guy who manages the place is especially rude and treats his guests with no respect or business mindset- DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!
