It was our first hostel expirence ever and alpha arenal hostel 100% exceeded our expectations for safety, cleanliness, staff, and everything. Staff was so kind and planned all our activies for an affordable price. We were nervous coming in but it had been an amazing experience and if we are ever to come back to La Fortuna this would be our go to place to stay again. We definitely recommend! Thank you alpha arenal hostel for such an amazing experience!!

Stayed at Alpha Arenal for a few nights while exploring La Fortuna. It’s an easy walk into town, but the neighborhood is quiet, which I appreciated after a long day out. Wilson was friendly and helped me sort out a couple of tours without any pressure. I also met some nice people over coffee in the morning. A relaxed place with everything I needed. I’d happily stay again.
