Lovely quiet hostel and helpful staff. Good size rooms and beds and a lovely terrace to chill on. Showers were cold and there were lots of ants about but would stay again if passing through.

We enjoyed our stay in Samay in Juayua, but the facilities could do with improvement, given the extremely high rating that the hostel has. There is no hot water, meaning only cold showers, and the WiFi was temperamental during our stay. It would also benefit from more communal space for socialising and relaxing.
