good hostel, you get a room to yourself with ac and they have clean kitchens and bathrooms. But I left my passport there stupidly and i knew where i left it. I texted them multiple times that it was there and to check again and they said they looked everywhere and started ignoring me. I have a friend staying nearby who went and found it immediately. I know its not their fault i misplaced it but the lack of empathy and care really soured my opinion of the staff. It takes two seconds to check.
