The location is really good, I felt very safe walking around. Also the metro station is in a walkable distance, mototaxi doesn’t cost that much to get there. The receptionist Cesar was really nice and provided information worthy of a city guide! The kitchen is spacious, I liked that. The room felt a bit crowded and it doesn’t have a window but the fans were nice. I liked that there was plenty of bathrooms.

Had a wonderful stay here and the volunteers were super helpful and friendly. Met some wonderful people too! Unfortunately my bed had bedbugs but the volunteers were quick and responsive in sorting it out and I didn’t have any further problems. Would recommend for travellers who are travelling through the coffee region and need a decent, friendly and safe place to stop for a couple nights.
