Carlos is amazing, dont waste your time at any of the cheaper hostels. This one is modest, but comfortable, and the service makes it worth while.

Upon arriving, I met Carlos and he was super cool. He gave me a short tour of the rooms, coffee and bathrooms and even provided a map of suggestions to do in Antigua. Note that he strongly prefers to have cash paid for the hostel. Thankfully he was flexible with allowing me to go to an ATM to retrieve the cash and pay as some hostel travelers left during the middle of their stay and didn’t pay sadly… Overall, this guy and the rooms are legit. Thank you Carlos!
