staff are wonderful. the hostel is a great, convenient and well kept place. our issue was our fellow room mates who didn't respect the space despite the staff telling us all the rules when we arrived. If you treat it like a Japanese hostel (so be quiet and considerate in room, if arrive late be ready outside room) and remember which bunk is yours (some guy tried to open my curtain at 5am), then you'll have a great time!
