Great location to explore Rotorua. Beds were comfortable but squeaky/noisy in a dorm. Our 4 bed dorm was attached to the bathroom of another dorm and the noise from the bathroom was loud and unpleasant. The shower rooms were old and had poor ventilation. Good kitchen facilities.
